Community Guidelines

Sawari Pool is built on trust. These Community Guidelines set out what we expect from every member so the platform stays safe and welcoming. Sawari Pool is operated by PAKELP (Private) Limited, and these Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Treat Everyone With Respect
Be courteous to drivers and passengers alike. We do not tolerate:
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation
- Discrimination based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or background
- Hate speech, abusive language, or unwanted advances
2. Be Honest & Accurate
Provide accurate identity, vehicle, and trip information. Use your real name and a clear profile photo. Misrepresenting who you are, or publishing false trips or prices, undermines the trust the community depends on.
3. Travel Safely
- Drivers must hold a valid licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and never drive under the influence
- Agree on pickup points and timing in advance, and arrive on time
- Do not carry illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items or parcels
4. Be Reliable
Honour your bookings. If your plans change, cancel as early as possible so seats can be offered to others. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ratings and your access to the Service.
5. Keep Content & Communication Appropriate
Ratings, reviews, and in-app messages must be lawful, honest, and respectful. Do not post spam, advertising, or content that is obscene, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
6. Reporting & Enforcement
If you experience or witness a breach of these Guidelines, report it to us at the address below. PAKELP (Private) Limited may issue warnings, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Guidelines or our Terms of Service, in order to protect the community.
