These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sawari Pool mobile application and website (the "Service"). Sawari Pool and all related services, products, websites, and applications are owned and operated by PAKELP (Private) Limited. Throughout these Terms, "Company", "we", "our", and "us" refer to PAKELP (Private) Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By accessing or using Sawari Pool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including passengers and drivers.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Sawari Pool, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. To offer rides as a driver, you must complete identity verification (including CNIC) and provide accurate vehicle information.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that provide false information, fail verification, or violate these Terms.
Drivers may publish rides with a route, schedule, available seats, and a per-seat price intended to share travel costs. Drivers must hold a valid driving licence, maintain a roadworthy and insured vehicle, and comply with all applicable traffic laws.
Passengers may search for and book available seats. You agree to arrive on time at the agreed pickup point and to treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect.
Sawari Pool is a cost-sharing platform. Prices set by drivers are intended to cover travel costs such as fuel, not to generate profit. The total payable is the per-seat price multiplied by the number of seats booked.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is arranged directly between passengers and drivers for the agreed fare. You are responsible for confirming the amount before the trip begins.
The Service may allow members to send parcels along existing routes. You must not send any item that is illegal, hazardous, perishable without arrangement, or prohibited by law. The sender is responsible for the contents and lawful nature of any parcel.

Plans change — but please cancel as early as possible so seats can be offered to others. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ratings and your ability to use the Service.
You may post ratings, reviews, messages, and other content. You are responsible for what you post and must keep it lawful, honest, and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms and retain a licence to display content you submit in connection with the Service.
Sawari Pool is a technology platform that connects drivers and passengers for carpooling. We are not a transport carrier and do not provide transportation services. Rides are arranged between members at their own discretion and risk.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAKELP (Private) Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any interaction between members.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAKELP (Private) Limited, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the safety of the community.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
