This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on Sawari Pool, a product and service operated by PAKELP (Private) Limited. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
Sawari Pool is a cost-sharing carpooling platform. Fares set by drivers are intended to cover travel costs such as fuel, and are arranged between passengers and drivers. PAKELP (Private) Limited is not a transport carrier and, unless expressly stated, does not collect fares on behalf of drivers.
You may cancel a booking at any time before the trip begins. Please cancel as early as possible so the seat can be offered to another member. Where a fare was paid in advance through the platform, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ratings and your ability to use the Service.
If a driver cancels a confirmed ride, or fails to arrive at the agreed pickup point, any amount you paid in advance for that ride through the platform will be refunded in full.
Refunds apply only to payments processed through the Sawari Pool platform. Cash or other payments arranged directly between passengers and drivers are settled between those parties and fall outside this policy.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
To request a refund or raise a dispute, contact us at the address below with your booking details. We review each request fairly and in line with this policy and our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
