Sawari Pool is a technology platform that connects drivers and passengers for carpooling and parcel sharing. PAKELP (Private) Limited is not a transport carrier and does not provide transportation services. Rides and deliveries are arranged between members at their own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAKELP (Private) Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, any interaction between members, or any trip or parcel arranged through the platform.
